PDF download is always free, with no digital filing. A one-shot purchase (598 SEK excl. VAT, 299 SEK the first year) gives you digital filing of one annual report and one INK2 tax return. A subscription (199 SEK/month or 1,990 SEK/year excl. VAT, 99.50 SEK/month or 995 SEK/year the first year) gives you recurring employer declaration and VAT return filings, plus the annual report is included.

The report follows the K2 standard (BFNAR 2016:10). All calculations are automatic. You are responsible for verifying the data.

A private limited company does not need an auditor unless, in each of the two latest fiscal years, it exceeded more than one of these: more than 3 employees on average, more than 1.5 MSEK in total assets, more than 3 MSEK in net turnover (Companies Act, ch. 9 § 1).

We send the annual report to Bolagsverket and the tax return to Skatteverket via their APIs. Then an authorised person signs with BankID at each authority, and we link you there.

Inzenda works for both dormant limited companies with no activity during the year (the one-shot purchase is enough) and active companies with recurring payroll, rental income, or VAT-liable sales (the subscription covers the recurring filings plus the annual report).

No, after submission you cannot make changes. Double-check everything in the review step before submitting.

The subscription is billed monthly or annually and automatically renews at the same price until you cancel it. You can see your next renewal date and amount in the customer portal, and we notify you with reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect.

Both include the same features, recurring employer declaration, VAT return, and the annual report. Annual billing works out to 2 months free compared to paying monthly, otherwise only the billing interval differs.

You can cancel any time via the customer portal or support. You keep access through the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. 25% VAT is added automatically at checkout with Stripe, since our customers are limited companies (aktiebolag).

New customers get 50% off the one-shot purchase and the subscription for the first 12 months. After that, the price automatically reverts to the regular rate at the next renewal.

Swedish sales, Swedish purchases and services bought from abroad (reverse charge at 25%, such as ads, software and hosting from Google, Meta or LinkedIn). Not covered yet: goods bought from abroad, sales to other countries, reverse charge in construction, and reverse charge at 12% or 6%. If a foreign seller charged you VAT because it lacked your VAT number, that VAT cannot be deducted.
