Bookkeeping, PDF and SRU files are always free. Company costs SEK 1,990/year or SEK 199/month excl. VAT, with pay for up to 3 people a month; more people cost SEK 390/year or SEK 39/month per person. On monthly, the annual report is included after 12 paid months in a row. One-off purchase: SEK 375 excl. VAT through 30 June 2027 for one company's annual report and INK2, then SEK 499 and SEK 399 for more companies in the same calendar year.

The one-off purchase costs SEK 375 excl. VAT per company for purchases made on or before 30 June 2027. After that it costs SEK 499, and SEK 399 for each extra company the same account buys for in the same calendar year, unless the earlier purchase was refunded.

The report follows the K2 standard (BFNAR 2016:10). All calculations are automatic. You are responsible for verifying the data.

A private limited company does not need an auditor unless, in each of the two latest fiscal years, it exceeded more than one of these: more than 3 employees on average, more than 1.5 MSEK in total assets, more than 3 MSEK in net turnover (Companies Act, ch. 9 § 1).

We send the annual report to Bolagsverket and the tax return to Skatteverket via their APIs. Then an authorised person signs with BankID at each authority, and we link you there.

After submission the filed version cannot be changed. If Bolagsverket returns it, you can send a new version; that is included.

Yes. Choose Company yearly within 12 months of the purchase and what you paid for the one-off purchase is deducted from the first year, once per company. For example SEK 1,990 minus SEK 375: SEK 1,615 excl. VAT.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. 25% VAT is added automatically at checkout with Stripe, since our customers are limited companies (aktiebolag).
