Privacy Policy

Inzenda AB values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's protected.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

  • Account: email and name (if you create an account)
  • Company: organisation number, company name, financial year, board members
  • Financial: share capital, bank balance, interest income, bank fees
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, usage (via Vercel Analytics)

2. Why we collect information

We use your data to generate your annual report, file it digitally with Bolagsverket, submit your INK2 tax return to Skatteverket, process payments via Stripe, improve the user experience, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third parties

Your data is processed by the following third parties:

  • Vercel: hosting and analytics (EU region)
  • Neon: database (EU region, Frankfurt)
  • Google: sign-in (if you choose Google login)
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscriptions (PCI DSS compliant). Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach Inzenda's servers. Inzenda stores only Stripe's customer id, subscription id, and subscription status (such as plan, billing period, and renewal date), not card numbers. Stripe may process and store data outside the EU in accordance with Stripe's own terms and Data Processing Addendum
  • BankID: digital signing (via Bolagsverket and Skatteverket)

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to your data
  • Correct or delete your data
  • Object to processing or request data portability

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. Data is stored in the EU (Neon Postgres, Frankfurt). Submission records are retained for 7 years per Swedish bookkeeping requirements (Bokforingslagen). You can request deletion of other data at any time.

6. Email from Inzenda

We send two kinds of email, and you can opt out of one but not the other:

  • Service records: receipts, payment notices from Stripe, the welcome email, and confirmations of things you have filed yourself. These belong to the agreement between you and us and are sent for as long as you have an account.
  • Reminders and status updates: upcoming and passed deadlines, new status at Skatteverket, and reminders about drafts you did not finish. These rest on a legitimate interest in you, as an account holder, not missing a deadline, not on your consent.
  • You can stop the reminders at any time: through the "Unsubscribe from reminders" link at the bottom of every such email, through your mail client's own unsubscribe button (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook), or by replying to the email. It needs no login and takes effect immediately. Service records keep coming.
  • Reminders are based on the information you have entered in Inzenda and, where we hold read access, on Skatteverket's own status. Every reminder states which of the two it rests on. We can never know for certain that a return filed some other way has arrived, so a reminder is never a decision by an authority.
