Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
1. About the service
Inzenda is a digital service by Inzenda AB (559480-1580) that helps Swedish limited companies create and file annual reports (K2) and income tax returns (INK2) digitally with Bolagsverket and Skatteverket.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Inzenda generates documents based on your input. You must review and approve all content before filing. Inzenda is not an accounting firm and does not provide accounting advice.
3. Limitation of liability
Inzenda is not liable for errors in generated documents or consequences of filed reports. For complex accounting situations, consult an authorized accountant.
4. Pricing and payment
Free: PDF generation and download is always free, with no digital filing. One-shot (598 SEK excl. VAT, launch price 299 SEK for the first year): digital filing of one annual report and one INK2 tax return to Bolagsverket and Skatteverket, for one company and one fiscal year. One-time payment, non-refundable once filing has been initiated. Subscription (199 SEK/month or approximately 1,990 SEK/year excl. VAT, launch price 99.50 SEK/month or approximately 995 SEK/year for the first year): recurring employer declaration (AGI) and VAT return filings, plus the annual report and INK2 tax return, see section 5 below. All prices are excluding VAT. 25% VAT is added at checkout by our payment provider Stripe, since our customers are limited companies (aktiebolag). The 50% launch discount applies for the first 12 months from when you become a customer and then automatically reverts to the regular price.
5. Subscription, recurring billing and renewal
The subscription is billed monthly or annually and automatically renews at the end of each period at the same price and payment method, until you cancel it. You can see your next renewal date and amount at any time in the customer portal. If Inzenda changes the regular price, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect for your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you do not accept the new price. The launch price (50% discount) applies only for the first 12 months and then reverts to the regular price at your next renewal after that period. Because this reversion is itself a price increase, we will remind you before the first-year discount ends, with reasonable advance notice, so you can review the regular price and cancel before it applies if you choose.
6. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access to the subscription's features until the end of that period, and you will not be charged for the next period. We do not refund the unused portion of an already-paid period if you cancel early, unless stated otherwise. The one-shot purchase is not a subscription and cannot be canceled, it covers a single filing and is non-refundable once the filing has been initiated.
7. What each plan includes
The one-shot purchase entitles you to digitally file one (1) annual report with its INK2 tax return for the fiscal year you paid for. An active subscription, whether billed monthly or annually, entitles you to recurring digital filing of the employer declaration and VAT return during the subscription period, as well as digital filing of that year's annual report and INK2 tax return. If your subscription stops being active (for example due to cancellation or a failed payment) you lose access to these digital filing features from the end of that period. Drafts and reports already filed with Bolagsverket or Skatteverket are not affected, your account and company data and previously generated documents remain available, and you can continue to download PDF versions free of charge. New digital filings require a new one-shot purchase or a reactivated subscription.
8. Business customers and the right of withdrawal
Inzenda's services are directed at limited companies (aktiebolag) acting in their business capacity, not at consumers. The Swedish Distance Contracts Act's consumer right of withdrawal (a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts) therefore generally does not apply to purchases and subscriptions made through Inzenda. If you are unsure how this affects your specific purchase, contact support before completing payment.
9. Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes are communicated via the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Price changes for recurring subscriptions are communicated separately as described in section 5.
