Bank and receipts
Import bank statements, review the rows and attach receipts.
- Open Transactions and tap Import.
- Choose a file: a bank statement as CSV or Excel, or an SIE file.
- If the file is not recognised, choose what each column holds.
- In the dialog, Where do I find the file? shows how to export from the common banks.
- PDF statements are not available to every company yet. The dialog shows which formats you can pick.
- Nothing is added until you confirm. Only ticked rows are imported.
- Rows that need a type or category show under To review.
- Possible duplicates are marked. Untick a row that already exists.
- Tap Import to add the rows.
- Inzenda guesses the category from the company's rules and history.
- AI suggests a category for rows Inzenda does not recognise.
- When you add a company, the switch AI suggestions on import shows, already on.
- The bank's text, which may include names, goes to Anthropic in the USA.
- A suggestion may be preselected, but nothing is booked until you confirm the import.
- Turn it off under Company settings, Features: Manage, then Turn off.
- For a company added earlier, turn it on under Features: Manage, then Turn on.
- Turning it on accepts the terms for AI suggestions.
- You can undo a suggestion or choose never to send a counterparty.
- Open a transaction and drop the receipt in the Receipt field.
- PDF, PNG and JPG work, up to 10 MB.
- Receipts in a filed period are locked. Add the right receipt beside it.
- Tap Add transaction for a row that is not in the bank.
- If a row covers several things, choose Split into several parts.
