Cookie Policy

Inzenda only uses cookies and browser storage that the service needs to work. We use no cookies for tracking or advertising.

1. Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the service to function. When the site is served over https, the names of the better-auth cookies start with __Secure- and the names of the BankID cookies with __Host-.

  • better-auth.session_token: Keeps you signed in. Valid for 7 days and extended while you use the service. Removed when you log out.
  • better-auth.session_data: A short-lived copy of your sign-in, so that each page view does not have to ask the database. Valid for 5 minutes and removed when you log out.
  • better-auth.state: Set only when you sign in with Google, to protect the sign-in against forged requests. Valid for 5 minutes.
  • better-auth.two_factor: Set only when you sign in with two-step verification. Valid for 10 minutes.
  • better-auth.better-auth-passkey, better-auth.passkey_ceremony: Set only when you create or use a passkey. Valid for 5 minutes.
  • inz_bankid_flow: Set only when you log in with BankID; protects the login against forged requests. Valid for 10 minutes.
  • inz_bankid_pending: Holds your BankID name until you have created or linked an account. Valid for 10 minutes.
  • NEXT_LOCALE: Remembers the language you have chosen. Valid for 1 year.

Browser storage. These are not cookies. They are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device and stay until you clear it:

  • inzenda-wizard-draft:…: Saves your draft in the wizard so you don't lose what you have filled in
  • inzenda-meeting:…: Saves the annual general meeting details in your draft
  • inzenda-wizard-edit-id:anon: Remembers which draft you are working on before you sign in
  • inzenda.ux.dateField: Remembers whether date fields are shown as text fields or as your phone's own date picker
  • theme: Saves your choice of light or dark mode

Storage for the tab. This is kept in your browser's sessionStorage and disappears when you close the tab:

  • inzenda-wizard-unsaved:…: Marks that the draft in the wizard has changes not yet saved with us
  • inzenda:reloadRequired:…: Remembers that the page must be reloaded after an update of the service before you file

2. Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights give us visit statistics and load times without cookies. We also record which steps are taken in the service and which campaign link a visit came from; when you are signed in this is linked to your account (see the privacy policy). During the company lookup, Vercel BotID reads technical browser signals to protect the lookup against automated requests. We do not track you across websites.

3. Payment (Stripe)

When you complete a purchase or manage your subscription, you are taken to Stripe's checkout page or customer portal. Stripe then sets its own cookies to process the payment securely, prevent fraud, and remember your payment details for next time. These cookies are set by Stripe, not Inzenda, and apply only during the checkout or portal session. See Stripe's own cookie policy for details.

4. No other third-party cookies

Other than Stripe's payment cookies, we do not use cookies from advertising networks, social media, or other third parties.
