How you protect the account and how Inzenda handles the company's data.
- Open My account and go to Security.
- Turn on two-step verification and scan the code with an authenticator app.
- Keep the backup codes somewhere safe.
- You can also add a passkey and sign in without a password.
- The person authorised for the company signs at Bolagsverket and Skatteverket with their own BankID.
- Inzenda signs nothing. Nothing is filed until someone authorised for the company has signed at the authority.
- Under Company settings, Access you invite others.
- Choose full access or view only for each person.
- You see and disconnect AI assistants under My account, Connected apps.
- The company's connections are also under Access.
- The database and the files are stored in the EU.
- AI suggestions are processed by Anthropic in the USA, and email sending logs are stored in the USA.
- Personal identity numbers are encrypted in the database and shown masked.
- The providers that process data for the company are in the list of sub-processors.
